From Joy to Jubilation Outreach is a nonprofit organization created to bring hope, connection, and moments of joy to individuals experiencing loneliness, isolation, and emotional hardship.

At our core, we are simply a place where people can come as they are—without pressure, without expectations, and without judgment.

From Joy to Jubilation Outreach was founded by Diane E. Johnson, whose life journey includes decades of walking through depression, fear, and isolation.

Through her own healing, she discovered something powerful—
that sometimes what people need most is not advice or solutions, but connection, lightness, and a reason to smile again.

This outreach was born from that realization. It is not built on theory, but on lived experience and a deep desire to create a space where others can feel seen, welcomed, and uplifted.

To create opportunities for connection, encouragement, kindness, and renewed hope for individuals facing emotional stress and life challenges.

Our foundation is rooted in faith and the belief that even in life’s most difficult seasons, joy and hope are still possible.

While faith inspires what we do, everyone is welcome—no matter where they are on their journey.

We believe something simple, yet meaningful:

Sometimes healing doesn’t begin with talking.
Sometimes it begins with being around others, sharing a moment, and remembering what joy feels like.
